Well what disappoint me the most about this tool is that it doesn’t give you any instructions on reading the severity of the quake.

Maybe a note like this should’ve been posted as well:
If the eyes start to move left and right vigorously, an earthquake is happening.
If eyes is staring at one side and getting further and further, run as the building is collapsing.

The near-worldwide tsunami warning fizzled out yesterday but still, high-waves did reach Hawaii. An amateur video attached below shows the arrival of the waves, generated from the earthquake in Chile. Even though it’s a mini-tsunami, it looks like it could still hurt someone.
