Clean your computer!
When was the last time you open your computer CPU to clean it? If you haven’t done so, you might want to start. Just look at the following dirty CPU - yikes! And I thought my CPU was dirty.

Gross! That is a ton of dust. I don’t open up my computer to clean it, but I sure hope it doesn’t look like any of these!

I once had a customer who complained that their server would shut down, hang or restarted unexpectedly. When I investigated their server computer on the spot, I found the computer, CPU and motherboard all covered with nearly 1cm of dust. So problem solved. The excessive dust caused the computer overheated and stop function.
