   The position of all three gears makes it impossible for all three to turn. But I guess it’s just a design :P

   Are you referring to the grammatical error? If yes, is it the phrase “Making the city work together” should be “Making the city WORKS together” ??

   hehe the answer is the “gears”… they can’t work together since the 3rd wheel will block the other 2 hehehe..
