Jake Brown : The X-Game Immortal

During last week’s X-Game which was televised in the US, a relatively unheralded skater from Australia, Jake Brown suffered the worst fall in X-games history, falling 40 feet high after succesfully completing a 720-degree turn.
You can hear his body slam the floorboard so hard, even his shoes went off and flying everwhere. The crowd who cheered him after his 720-stunt was left silent as the medics attended to him.
Then, a few minutes later he was walking on his own, much to the thunderous and should I say, much relieved crowd.
The guys on tv said “I feel like I’m watching an episode of Heroes”. You have to watch it to believe it.
*UPDATE* The video on youtube has been removed, it’s currently available from metacafe though. Hopefully it won’t be removed too.
