Over the top photoshop
Honestly, I am speechless over the digital retouch on the photo above. I could put a million jokes here and they won’t be funny. I just feel sorry for the cute toddler. After the digital mess, she looks like a plastic robot.

This is the work of a hired digital artist, with the niche in retouching pictures of toddlers. Her flat rate is USD$40. Some of her other works are good, like below.
Anyway, I still feel sorry for the bad pictures. Not sure why some people would accept that kind of digital touch. I think we all should pay the parents NOT to have their kids turned into autobots and decepticons.
