2007 Merdeka Contest by Exabytes
Exabytes is back with this year’s merdeka contest. Last year they had a crossword puzzle and this year, it’s so much easier. Just place a graphic at the bottom right of your screen and winners will be chosen at random.
And just like last year, this contest is open to everyone. Well not everyone lah since not everyone has a website. So if you have a website and you don’t mind having a small graphic at the bottom of the page in exchange for a Sony W850i handpone - then join in the contest.
It works for the free platform too like blogspot.com, wordpress.com or any other free websites as long as you can insert HTML codes.
The form has only 5 fields to complete (4 actually as email is entered twice). Oh yeah, in exchange Exabytes want to send you their promotionals to your email 
However, unlike last year, they don’t have any prizes for referring the winner.
Anyway, when you get your javascript code, just place it in between your <head> syntax or anywhere within the <body>.
For me, I placed it right at the end, within the footer and just before the last <body> tag, so that it will be loaded last. When you hover your mouse over the graphic, a larger image will pop-up. At first I was trying to clear it but then found out that it will auto-hide after about 2 seconds. Just a minor annoyance.
