200 Girls Soaked as Punishment
Someone threw her sanitary pad into the toilet bowl and didn’t come out to confess. So what a warden to do? Soaked all 200 girls in a dirty pond, leaving only their heads above the water under the pouring rain for ONE HOUR!
It was amazing that nobody died of hypothermia! A few fell ill after the incident though. Maybe the warden is known for her heartlessness that the guilty girl didn’t want to admit that she threw the pad. If the warden is bold enough to soak 200 girls, I dread what she will do if she finds out who the culprit was!

well to these teachers, punishing their students is like part of their job, but if it happened to their own kid… huh

the warden is a ’she’? whoaa.. cool.. i didnt noticed that. saw this news last weekend i think, mmg gila lah.. tapi tu gambar mcm sikit jak, sampai 200 ka tu?
hostel life, mau cakap benda ni keterlaluan, susah juga. siapa2 yg pernah tinggal asrama tu, mesti pikir ini mcm biasa jak..
coz hal2 “pad” ni mmg serious punya kes, ndak tau la kenapa, but i remember our skool dulu sampai hire Rentokil utk provide special ‘bin’ for this stuff. everytime ada report tandas tersumbat, mesti di hostel pompuan.. yg tandas hostel lelaki ni kadang2 tersumbat juga la, tapi bukan pasal pad.. pasal puntung rokok.. hahahha!
naah.. menyimpang sudah komen sia.. ndak pa, kita follow-up apa crita 200 org yg kena rendam tu..

Read today’s paper. It’s actually not as bad as claimed. Of course what has happened is much regretted but place yourself in her place…having to take care hundreds of students who are just insensitive towards discipline and advices. Then, you’ll start to understand the pressure teachers nowadays have to endure in order to educate so parents can be proud of their children!

i think the warden cannot tahan with the toilet problem and bengang until she lose her patient. Wham! everyone go in the pond! and she got her fame coverage of her lifetime.
point to ponder: how possible to fit in 200 girls in this small pond..?

That’s what happens when you give someone too much power!!! If it was their own kids, trust me, they’d be making a huge scene about it …

As a teacher, I always feel that this kind of punishment is inappropriate…I think these kind of teacher just repeat back what they already experience in the past…so, they pass it on…

Anybody here who are very critical of the teacher has better ways of solving indisciplinaries among hard-headed students? Including your children, maybe? Any positive and tested methods is much appreciated.

I heard that the ‘pond’ was only 1.5 feet deep, and most of the students were having fun instead of feeling tortured.
