The prosecutors in state of Bihar in India have too much time on their hands that even toddlers are charged with ridiculous crimes. Most recently a 2-year old toddler was charged with rioting!

Little Raj Kumar Jha was accused of being involved in disturbances which occurred during a clash between two communities during a religious festival. His parents say he was at home at his grandparents at the time of the riot.

The toddler was charged with throwing stones at police and rioting, despite laws that state the police cannot file criminal cases against a child below the age of seven.

I think I could’ve charged my little Jordan of rioting and gangsterism this morning as I had to drag him into the bathroom to give him his morning showers.

Last October a three-month-old baby was reportedly charged with looting a bus and in another case five-year-old Raj Kumar was accused of assaulting and molesting a woman.

Man that 3-month old baby must be a superman if he could loot a bus!

This humping dog does nothing else, it doesn’t have any flash memory at all. I guess it’s main purpose is to annoy and humiliate you in public.

Have you ever been stalked and humped by a dog? Well I had that experience and it was no laughing matter, except of course for my friends who practically rolled on the floor laughing at my predicament. There was this one dog over at my cousin’s place who likes, no *loves* to hump on my legs whenever I go there. Probably the lack of hairs on my feet made the dog think it was a beautiful bitch (I do mean a dog bitch ).

Anyway, you can see this dog in video after the jump. The makers of this dog should put in “speed control” to make it more enjoyable (for the user and the dog).
