Sorry for the short title, I can’t think of a title for this news I stumbled upon today. Let me try to summarize it for you.

A well-known local baseball pitcher in St Louis, Missouri (you know, where the twins are) enjoyed more than 3 hours of alcohol, then with the level of alcohol twice the legal limit in his system, drove his SUV in the early morning, speeding, talking on his cellphone and was not wearing a seat belt.

Then he crashed into a tow truck that was helping a stalled car in the middle of the road. It spun out after being cut off by another vehicle. Well this resulting accident cost the drunk man his life.

According to DumbLittleMan.com, he wakes up everyday without fail at 4am and do whatever that he wants to do, faster and with energy. He calculated that he gained an extra 10 days in a year.

I couldn’t agree with him more. Last year I managed to tune my body to wake up 4am everyday for a couple of months. The main reason I did that was because my son didn’t want to sleep without his parents in bed together with him. So most of the time, my wife and I would ended up sleeping with him too.

But then I started to wake up really early and found myself quite fresh at that time. I made it a habit so that I can do some more of my personal thing.
