Website Design Mockup Tips

website design photoshop
Last time (like last year), when I start to design a website from scratch, I would start with the graphics in photoshop and then will try the text in HTML. This is because I didn’t know how to re-create an actual text look in photoshop and also the css-style. Until I actually saw one of the designers here did it then I said the famous line “ohhh like thattttttttt pulak“. Hey, at least I’m a programmer not a designer :P .

Okay, so photolab has a simple tutorial on producing dotted (and dashed) underlines and borders in photoshop which you can re-produced using HTML/CSS later. By having the design in photoshop, you can play with the design accurately and more efficient. If you need to export the images first then play in actual HTML, it will be time consuming.

You can visit the tutorials here.
