Simple self-defence videos for everyone
Don’t you just get the chill down your spine when you read about crimes especially in your neighbourhood? Brutal stories of kidnapping, robbery, murder, rape, snatch thieves, mat rempit gangs, the list goes on and on…
Over at The Star news website, they have compiled short videos of simple self-defence tips. You can download them separately and each files are quite small to download. You can just pick and download which tips you want to learn first, practise it and maybe download other videos.
In my opinion, these videos are not just for viewing, you have to at least practise with your friends or family members just to get the hang of it. So when the time comes, you can act on reflex. And these aren’t just for women, these are useful tips for men too, no matter how tough you think you are.
