Well - the much anticipated report has finally been released. I’ve read 75% of it and took a sneak peek at the end - true to Scott’s word, he wasn’t selling anything. He frankly spoke about where most of the contextual advertisers are, they are at the bottom of the food chain. That includes me.

Reading it actually opened my eyes a bit on the going-ons on internet marketing. Like how google, scavengers, hunters and hunting parties make money. It’s hard to explain about these cavemen-like nicknames but read the report, and you’ll understand better. It’s FREE anyway.

Recently I saw someone’s signature on a forum - it says “Repeat after me : I will google first before asking stupid questions”. Hah. That struck a chord with me because I can remember saying that a few times to the interns in the company hehe.

Anyway, I know this is an old trick - that is using Google to find mp3 files lying around on the internet - but the code to memorise is tricky and I kinda lost the code. It’s stored in a text file somewhere in the “My Documents” folder but hey, nevermind that, you can use the following websites to easily search for mp3 and other files.
