Coulrophobia : Fear of Clowns
A few years ago, I attended a 5-year old relative’s birthday party in Sugarbun, KK. It was just a normal children’s party with lots of children. At that time, my son wasn’t born yet. My cousins, the parents of the birthday girl, had ordered a clown for the party. So when the clown came out, the little girl freaked out like she saw a ghost. She didn’t even want to blow the candles on her cake because the clown was standing near.
All her friends and relatives, around the same age as her were excited over his presence and were pulling his shirt asking for balloons and sweets. But the star of the day was frightened for her life!
