Google has created a page to allow surfers to report bad pages that appears on their search results.

I’m sure many of us encountered pages that has no content but adsense links (sometimes disguised as navigational links) and other ads. This is a black-hat method of generating money from PPC programs and is REALLY irritating honest webmasters/publishers who are trying to make online income.
