No bigfoot but a toad with a tail will do

So whatever happened to the bigfoot of Malaysia? It was buzzing in the media a few months back, with some “expert” saying they have proof of their existence and said they’ve been studying the species for a few years. They even claimed that there was a community of bigfoot (read: satu kampung), not just a few.

Finally, I thought, a good reason that can make our country famous for the right reason and propel Malaysia to the top destination of tourists worldwide. tick tick tick… Errr.. where’s the beef?

USD$10,000 per page web development

A blogger discusses why professional web developers should be charging that much to corporate clients. An interesting point but if you convert this to RM it will be around RM40K. That is too much for businesses here in Sabah, what more with the lack of knowledge of how much the internet can bring to their brand and presence.

Many of the businessmen here rather ask their daughter or cousin to do it for them, than forking out RM5K to build a 10-page website.

Government department heads however are much more lenient in releasing the money for website development but just because they were given allocation and wanted to finish it, thus it will look like they are I.T.-savy to their staff.
