My blog and money
You know, I’ve started this blog just for fun and without any intention of making money out of it. If I was trying to make profits, I won’t register mrbadak.com as my domain name, it will be giveMoney2Me.com or something like that hehe.
Anyway, over time I’ve read about how few Malaysian webmasters and bloggers making money online and I got jealous. I mean, I’ve been working 9-5 for almost 10 years in this field and I am still kissing filthy and multiracial asses in the office while others stayed indoors in their undies and receive cheques through the mail, while only kissing their own butts.
I placed adsense and chitika adverts but weren’t really serious into it. I did make USD$10 from Chitika however and received through PayPal in Dec. That was for a 2 months period (Nov & Dec 2005). Without much trouble and marketing (I didn’t even asked my readers to click on any ads right? but pls don’t go click-crazy ya, we dont want my account to get suspended, just click only if the ad interests you).
Ya I know, USD$10 isn’t much, that’s like peanuts if compared to other serious webmasters. That’s why I want to see where this blog can take me to. I am thinking of generating some revenue off the unique visitors that somehow stumbled upon this blog.
At this moment, this blog is getting around 60 unique visitors average, but for the past 3 days has been hitting more than 200 
.

Of course, I don’t think this will allow me to stop kissing butts in this office and I can update blog in my undies, I just want this blog to survive on it’s own (that is to pay for the annual hosting and domain fee through adverts).
So, how will this affect my regular visitors? For one, you will see some layout changes and few adverts but don’t worry, this place will not be an advert-heaven, just a few here and there. At the same time, I will also try on my hands on creating niche websites but I’ll talk about this some other time.
Hopefully, with these coming changes, I hope it won’t leave any bad taste in your mouth and continue to visit my blog for some interesting reading and stories. I am also want to hear feedback from you guys, like what you want to get out of from this blog, either more interesting websites or stories, or gadgest but sorry, I don’t do porn.
