Little known PHP Easter Egg
What’s an Easter Egg? Well based on the game where the children would look for eggs hidden here and there, Easter Egg in computer application term means a hidden feature that can be revealed by doing an action, maybe like entering keywords or clicking a hidden link. Unlike a game’s cheatcode however, easter eggs do nothing except for pure fun/entertainment and sometimes, to display credits and message.
I didn’t know PHP also has this. Just add the line ?=PHPE9568F36-D428-11d2-A769-00AA001ACF42 to any PHP-enabled website and you will see a picture of a dog. Different version of PHP will show different dog.
