Boring SONY Handycam Challenge

SonyLast night I accidentally watched the SONY Handycam Challenge 2 because we were trying to avoid the spooky shows on the other channel. My expectations were high on this program because they are already on Season 2 and I missed every single show last year.

Boy was I dissappointed - BIG TIME! Leave it to Malaysians to spoil a good idea for a show.

A good Sunday for Jordan

Well yesterday while at church, my son Jordan was at an “extra” level of naughtiness. From the moment we stepped into the church right till when we went back, he didn’t even took a moment to sit down and keep quiet.

He went crawling on the back-rest of the pews (probably getting ready for National Training Service when he’s grown up), “speaking” very loudly, flip and throw the church hymn book, explore my sister’s handbag and copy-catting whatever the quiet little boy did who was seated behind us.

Don’t get me wrong. I’m not complaining here. I know that Jordan has “so many things to do yet so little time” kind of thinking and so far, my wife and me can handle him.

But yesterday, halfway through the service, he started to befriend this little girl beside me. She’s slightly older than Jordan.

Head in a jar.

Can you see the head in the jar in the pic? You place this outside your house, place a candle beside it and you can be sure even the thieves will run away.

Want to do this on your free time?

Print your own Star Wars masks

TrooperAnother halloween treat. The website I am about to refer to gives you the chance to download any or all of the characters from the Star Wars trilogy and print them out as masks.

They have Yoda, Chewbacca, Amidala and Anakin as well. I think the Trooper on the left is cool.

In Malaysia we don’t go around asking for candies but if you or your kids are a fan of this movie, then it doesn’t hurt to print the masks for them. You can be a kid again too. Get a torchlight as your light sabre and you are ready to go to battle. Make that zzzinnnggg or zzaannggg sound of the sword swooshing with your mouth.
