This must be one of the sweetest Halloween moments…. Steve Urkel meets Steve Urkel… ok. Let me re-phrase that, a guy dressed as Steve Urkel on Halloween meets with Jaleel White, who acted as Steve Urkel in the sitcom Family Matters.
