   1 year is quite a long time. there are even others who promises to loss weight certain pounds in few weeks but not realistic…

   1 year is some what enought for it to be like in the video. but with the advent of technology, almost all can be faked now.

   Why is it that people all of a sudden get a tan if they work out? Most gyms are indoors, yet on every before and after shot, the before is pasty and white, and the after is tanned as all hell. Oh and oddly enough covered in oil.

   Working out seems to make body hair fall out as well… Curiouser and curiouser.

   Thats pretty cool if its real. I do think you can achieve the same results in about 12 weeks as opposed to a year. Now we just need to fix the hairstyle.
