Phew what a tiring Raya holiday - it was all about family time for me. Let me sum up my holidays in a handful of words, clinic (my son), clinic (muah), kampung, church, doulos, servay, party :D

Anyway, this week’s monday is starting on a tuesday (?) so let’s see an interesting video shall we?

The following is a video of a poor kid selling fans in the streets somewhere in India. What’s remarkable about him is his ability to speak in multiple languages. I don’t think we can tag him as being fluent (since speaking fluently requires you to talk about the politics and weather too) in all of those languages but that will be enough for him to sell those fans.

Since he is a poor kid, he probably learned the language just by interacting with the tourists or visitors. Somebody should pluck him out from the streets and put him in school because he has the talent to be a polyglot (a person who can speak six or more languages fluently).
