If you don’t have an account yet, you can easily create a new one during installation. Just provide your preferred pair of username and password, and basically you’re done.

On your other computer, just install the add-on and by now, you already have an account with Foxmarks. So just give your username and password, and you can have the option of synchronizing the bookmarks.

Another plus point for this add-on is you can access your bookmarks on any computer just by accessing my.foxmarks.com. Maybe you are accessing from a public computer or a temporary computer and you don’t want to install your bookmark, so this option is best.
