money moneyIn September, Forbes released the list of the richest persons in the United States and top 400 are all billionaires. Wow. I remember when I was in my teens, I have a friend whose father is rich. When me and my other friend kept pestering him to get his father to buy him some of the coolest gadgets then, he shouted “Oiii! you think my father is a billionaire???”.

Then we laughed at him because he used the term “billionaire”… at least his dad is a millionaire. That shows, people can never be contended with what you have. You always want something more. A millionaire might be thinking, why am I not a billionaire? A billionaire might think “why am I not a zillionaire” *sigh*.

Topping the list of course we have Bill Gates and second is Warren Buffet. At least many of these billionaires are philanthropist (wikipedia definition : A philanthropist is someone who devotes his or her time, money, or effort towards helping others. The label is most often applied to someone who gives large amounts to charity). You’re a philanthropist when you have too much money already.

So use this list if you are planning to become a billionaire and see how far you are behind haha. Maybe you should check against the name that is located at the lower bottom of the list, like the names of George Lindemann Sr., who at the age of 66 is worth $1.2 billion. He made his fortunes by buying and selling companies for the past 30 years. His current businesses include media and natural gas.
