Usually, when websites start to offer so-called legal [tag]mp3[/tag] [tag]download[/tag], you know the song sucks really bad that they’re giving it away for free.

But just the other day my colleague was asking for Jason Lo’s Operator song, since she couldn’t find it in my 32GB mp3 collection. So I started to search for it using Google, first trying to find the song being left “unattended” in any websites.

I was surprised to find that the song, though a remixed version was available for download from [tag]Hitz.FM[/tag] website. I sent the link to my colleague and she downloaded faster than you can blink your eye.

The song, in my opinion is one of the best that Lo has came out with. The song usually airs on Hitz.FM (not sure of other station play it since he’s a DJ there, so they might boycott it hehe) and I just love it.

Actually our local english acts are quite talented but sadly to say, only Malay songs can survive in this country. Look what happened to my favourite rap group, Poetic Ammo (I have all of their albums), they’re gone now.

We need to support our local english acts and start to buy their CD (or purchase them individually from musiccanteen.com) before all of their songs are available for [tag]free[/tag] (which is quite bad actually).
